Banks will only offer to help when you’ve done well for yourself.  If you don’t meet their requirements, they won’t lend you a single penny even if you get on your knees and beg.

People can’t appreciate the importance of freedom until they’ve lost it.

Young people love to have fun and spend money, often exceeding their credit limits to do so, ruining their credit history.

Young people must exercise restraint with their money to build a good credit.  Spend rationally rather than chasing the latest trends.  Don’t give in to your material desires, and force yourself to start saving money right now.

Understand that the purpose of saving is not to spend it all on a vacation.  It should be to create capital for your investments.

Save up to invest.  The more capital you have to invest, the more likely your investment can be a success.

There will be no success without failures, but don’t make the same mistake twice.  Repeated failures of a similar nature means you have not learned from your failures.

The housing market has plummeted as a result of the subprime mortgage crisis and mass foreclosures.  The huge drop in price is your perfect opportunity to find a good deal.

You’ll find huge deals after a sharp fall in real estate prices.  The best time to move in and invest is now.

The best timing for you to make massive investment moves is when everyone else is pulling back.

If your investment ends up in failure, don’t take it too hard and lose hope over it.  You must see the big picture, and give yourself a chance to start over.  What’s important is that you always find lessons in your failings.

Those who spend their youth fighting for their ideals and wealth and succeed in acquiring them should remember to share their wealth and give back to society.

However much money you have, it is still just a number with a lot of zeros at the end.  True wealth is in the form a mindset and your willingness to give back to mankind.

No matter how big your company, or how many employees you have under your command, if your desire is not to serve, but only to earn more money, you are of no use to society.

Greatness is not measured by the size of your business or the level your wealth, but by your love and willingness to serve the public.

Doctors and hospitals should find their calling in saving lives, not making more money.

People must learn to give, not just to harvest gains.  Don’t be consumed by greed and hang on to everything; learn to let things go and find balance in life.

Live up to your potential physically and mentally and push for your own limits.  Working is not all about money, but a way to fulfill your purpose of elevating humanity.

True heroes are those with a heart of service, who strive to better themselves so they may better contribute to society.  People living a worthwhile life are those who contribute their talents with sheer passion and devotion.

Whether or not you have found success in life, always strive to be a better person: treat others kindly, always do your best, seize opportunities, never stop growing, forgive others, spread love, lead a healthy life, be optimistic and proactive, correct your mistakes, take pleasure in helping others, share your success, and be grateful for everything you have.

The path of life is bound to be marred by failures, which is why we must learn to clear away the ruins and start over.

The rich must learn to be giving; the shrewd should learn to be kind.  An investor must learn to manage risks. The needy must learn to better themselves.  Those defeated should learn from their mistakes; the successful should learn to be humble.  Those who carry disappointment must learn to be strong.  People in debt must learn how to earn more to pay back what they owe… and people who have lost their hope must learn that they’re capable of starting over.

You may not be able to predict the future, but you can plan out your future.  You cannot succeed in everything, but you can ensure that you’ve done your best in all of them.

Being content and grateful will bring you endless abundance.  A greedy, wasteful, and lavish lifestyle will only lead you to poverty.

Greed causes one to haggle for a lower price when purchasing houses.  It is foolish to expect a deal where the seller can’t make a profit— a foolishness that will inevitably prevent you from getting the house you want.

If you insist on haggling for a lower price when buying a house, you’re only being the enemy to your own success and will end up getting nothing.

A man can find enlightenment, but enlightenment will not find the man.  Great men make history; history does not make great men.
