Remember, that when purchasing real estate, do not go beyond your financial means.  Taking on too much debt will not make your life easier; it will only make you live in stress and panic.

Without detailed financial planning, you should not take on a loan to invest in anything—it could be very risky to do so.

You need to evaluate your financial capacity prior to buying a house.  You must not bite off more than you can chew and go beyond your financial means.

You can’t buy a house with no money, let alone a big and fancy mansion.  This should be common sense, and yet some people still choose to ignore their own limitations.

When buying a foreclosed property, the bank (seller) chooses the buyer, not the other way around.  This means that unless you have a great credit score and ample down payment, you can forget about getting a bank-owned house.

There are a lot of bank-owned properties that are selling at great prices.  It’s a pity if you have to miss out on the action.

Buying real estate requires substantial investment; are you prepared for that?  Any debt you take on must be repaid in installments; are you prepared for that?  Life is unpredictable, and you may need emergency cash on the drop of a dime; are you prepared for that?

Before setting out to do anything, you need to have a plan and prepare yourself; buying a house is no exception.

If you are unclear of your own financial strength, buying a house without proper consideration will only cause you to end up losing your house.

Don’t covet what is not yours, and don’t indulge yourself with what you have.  Learn to have self-control.

If you can’t afford your dream house yet, take it one step at a time.  Buy a small house first and trade up later on.  Keep in mind to never buy a mansion beyond your means.

In many ways poverty is the best university.  If you can complete all the courses it entails, there’s simply no limit to what you can achieve later in life.

The social status you’re born into is not important, as long as you are willing to work hard, and study hard; if you have the tenacity to carry on no matter what, you are bound to find success later on in life.

Prior to buying a house, you must be properly prepared in order to avoid a doomed investment.  If you carelessly buy a house beyond your means, your investment will quickly become a failure.
「唯有做好購屋前的準備工作,才能讓你的投資不致失敗。 若是你打腫臉充胖子,糊裡糊塗的買子,那只會加速你的投資失敗。」

All investments carry inherent risks, which must be evaluated prior to the decision to invest.  If you’ll be risking more than you can stand to lose, you should not make that investment.

Without ample savings and income to back you up, you should not risk investing in real estate.

Zero-down mortgages are highly risky and obviously beyond your financial means, which is why such mortgage plans should be avoided at all cost.

Zero-down mortgage is not your solution to buying a house.  It is the equivalent of financial suicide.

You must not go beyond your financial means when buying a house.  If you borrow beyond your means, your investment won’t make you richer.  In fact it will only make you sink further into poverty.
